Cleveland Oliver Parker is an avid, persistent and committed individual, who is committed to service. A recent Retiree of the Consumer Affairs Commission. D

He maintains a passion for fostering the ethical relationship between providers and users of goods and services. It is his strong belief that the communication of information to consumers and vendors alike in the long run will aid in creating a population of knowledgeable, vigilant, assertive and discriminating consumers. Cleveland Parker is driven to serve by the realization that impacting the lives of others is high among the greatest contributions anyone can make to humanity.

Cleveland Parker also serves the community as a Justice of the Peace since 2001. He served for seven years as Assistant Pastor of Teamwork Church and since 2011, has been serving as Pastor.

May Elizabeth Lawrence, affectionately called “Betty” or “Betty-Mae”, is an ordained Minister and Assistant Pastor at Teamwork Church. She has a passion for people and enjoys ministering the love and saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Ordained in August 2019 as Assistant Pastor at Teamwork Church, she also serves as a member of the Board of Governors at Teamwork Christian Academy and a Member of the Board of Teamwork Associates and Teamwork Trust.

Married for 39 years, she has 2 married sons and 2 wonderful grandchildren.

Reverend Orton Deans is the senior pastor for Faith Christian Fellowship of Montego Bay. He is also the overseer for the Faith Christian Fellowship Group of Churches in Jamaica.  Rev. Deans also oversees Teamwork Church. He travels extensively ministering the gospel of the Kingdom of God. He and his wife Nadine have two daughters Danielle and Gabrielle.

50th Anniversary Message from Pastor of Teamwork Church

Celebrating fifty years speaks to God’s faithfulness and the resilience of leadership to ride out challenges of all sorts, maintain the team spirit anchored in a vision that is generational. The Guiding Hands and wise direction of our God has enabled us to navigate the challenges along the way as the years progressed.

This journey no doubt began with no idea we would be at this juncture today. We are certainly not at our destination and so we confidently declare that under God, The Journey Continues.  As the leadership baton is passed to the next crop of insightful and visionary leaders, all of us should look ahead with much anticipation to where we will be in the next fifty years. We recognise that it was the guiding hands of our faithful God that has enabled us to be here today and it is to Him that we look to help us chart the course going forward.

With absolute confidence in His ability to see us through, we unapologetically declare our confidence in Him who hath begun a good work in us who will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

May we all harness the available talents, giftings and resources to continue to serve this noble organization in honour to our God.

We live in challenging times to be a Youth Director, but more than ever teens need a positive influence in their lives as they face difficult moral choices, mental and emotional turmoil, shattered trust in authority, and attacks in a biblical worldview.
